The cause for this can be due to:
- You have not yet submitted your KYC information and documents (finished your registration)
- Your KYC documents and submitted information do not match
- You have changed your personal information and as such need to resubmit your KYC documentation.
- You have not provided us with a Bitcoin wallet public key (address) to send your Bitcoin to.
